We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
At Low Country Comfort Co, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all your items carefully. It is our top priority to provide all of our customers with an exceptionally high quality product and accurate shipments. Despite our best efforts, we know that sometimes defects, damages and incorrect items slip through. In this rare event, please initiate your return within 10 business days of receipt of delivery. You will be contacted by Low Country Comfort Co, shortly after to resolve any and all issues.
For orders with incorrect or damaged items, Low Country Comfort Co. will provide the cost of return. For returns or exchanges at the customer’s request, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All items must be shipped back to the Low Country Comfort Co. facility.
If a return or exchange is requested, items must be returned in merchantable condition. In order to receive a full refund or exchange:
Upon initiation of return, Low Country Comfort Co. must receive items within 10 business days. To better facilitate and expedite your exchange or return, please return merchandise with original packing slip and packing materials. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
In the event that additional shipping charges are necessary, Low Country Comfort Co. reserves the right to apply these charges to you in order to cover these costs. It is always recommended to insure packages for their full value and to purchase tracking services to better protect you and your shipment. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt of your records. Any lost or damaged items at the fault of commercial mail carriers cannot be credited back to you. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
Items must be returned to the address provided at the bottom of this page. Low Country Comfort Co. is proud to supply a great network of storefronts and boutiques with our product. However, only items purchased from our online store can be returned to our shipping warehouse. If you wish to return an item purchased at one of vendor stores, please return items to that store for returns/exchanges. Items received for returns/exchanges that were not purchased through the online store cannot be processed.
Items purchased at events or shows, directly from Low Country Comfort Co. are purchased at discounted rates and show promotion rates. If you wish to return an item from a show or event, you will be responsible for shipping items to our shipping warehouse. The cost of shipment back to you, will be covered by Low Country Comfort Co. Returns/Exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 10 business days of event or show. Please contact Low Country Comfort Co. so we may assist you in this exchange. Due to the discounted/promotional nature of show and event pricing, all returns will be issued a store credit only.
All orders placed between the months of November and December must be returned/exchanged before January 30th of the new year.
